Great crested Grebes

On Friday (27/03), having finished work, I took a quick walk around Grimsbury Reservoir before heading home. There was very little of note, however I did enjoy watching the Great Crested Grebes displaying in the last of the day's sunlight. All very relaxing before getting a text with news of the Ring-Billed Gull at Boddington Reservoir!

Autumn waders

For much of the early autumn period, the main draw was the continued low water levels and mud of the ERF lagoon at Ardley, near-ish to Bices...
